Disciplinary Action Review Board

Proposal
A soldier is called to this review board when it is found out by either the officers, the platoon sergeants, the MPs, or any other higher ranking NCO. The review board would consist of the Captain (or Lt. Hunkeler), the First Sergeant, the soldier's platoon leader, and the soldier's platoon sergeant. When called before the board, the soldier will be made aware of the infractions that he has commited and will be asked his side of the story. Once the soldier gives his side, he will then be made aware of what disciplinary actions he faces. Should he choose to fight the charge against him, the board will talk privately about what to do. Should he admit to his infraction, punishment will be issued accordingly.
