[edit] Biography

In September of 2001, Lula was first introduced to the Third Infantry Division through one of it's current soldiers, Roger Matthews. This had occurred by coincidence as their names fell together on a class list. After becoming a part of the Third community but being unready to tackle the task of recruitment, Lula attempted to create his own unit, the 36th Infantry Division (36th ID). The unit lasted 2 months in which it even managed to participate in the scrimmage against another unit, the Red Necks With Guns (RNw/G), run by another school friend, Patrick Mundy. With the fledgling unit dieing, Lula finally decided he was ready to enlist in the Third. In February of 2002 Lula was accepted as a private and joined the ranks of the then named Baker Squad.

In late 2002, the unit began to lose financial backing for their main server. Lula ran a temporary server for the unit off a spare machine in his home. He was appointed to the position of Head Administrator. With the release of Call of Duty, the unit moved to the new game. Lula continued to host a temporary server until the main server was restored. He retained his position as Head Administrator once the new server was acquired. The Third's growing community commanded a force to administrate it, the MP Corps stepped up to the job. In early 2003, Lula was promoted to the rank of Corporal and took over the role of Head of the MP Corps. This job would later be passed on to Sgt. Sanderson due to time constraints.

In late 2004, Cpl. Lula decided to resign from the Third in order to aide a fellow soldier in the starting of another unit, The 45th Infantry Division. He stayed with the unit for a relatively short period of time and retained the role of Head Admin while enlisted. In early 2005, Lula was reunited with an old friend in Day of Defeat, Handy. Handy was the First Sergeant in the 5th Rangers Battalion. Lula enlisted shortly after and was accepted into the new wave of recruits. Having gained valuable leadership skills in both the Third and 45th Divisions, Lula made his way to Sergeant. The current command staff went through a rough period and decided to leave the division. Lula took over the role of Commanding Officer and maintained the unit for the period of one year when he handed the command to his XO, Nick Mirman.

In early 2006, Lula, having been freed of school issues reenlisted with the Third. He currently maintains a position in 2nd Squad.
