Proposal

Private

  • MUST be interviewed by the NCOIC (Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge) of Recruitment.
  • MUST understand the division’s rules, and regulations, along with it’s chain of command.
  • MUST be deemed fit, must be declared mentally sane, and could be molded to fit the division’s standards.
  • MUST be active on team speak, forums, in game, etc.
  • MUST pass a review by the command staff, with the vote having to pass by a majority (over 50%), the CO can override, but the staff can overturn with a 2/3rd’s vote.

Private First Class

  • MUST know how the 3rd ID operates
  • MUST know the CORD/Honor Guard
  • MUST know the formations
  • MUST be dedicated, and match the division’s etiquette.
  • MUST know the rank structure of the 3rd ID.
  • MUST be VERY familiar with the M1 Garand.
  • MUST be passed by the 1st Phase (Basic Training) NCO instructor.
  • MUST pass a CORDA test before moving into Phase 2.
  • MUST understand all material taught by 2nd Phase NCO.
  • MUST be passed by the 2nd Phase NCO AIT (Advanced Individual Training) instructor.
  • MUST of made at least 50% of drills in training, and all missed dates must be excused.

Corporal

  • MUST have shown to at least 20 drills in their time with the 3rd ID.
  • MUST show basic leadership skills, both on the battlefield, parade ground, and forums.
  • MUST know the format of the 3rd ID up, and down.
  • MUST know the Close Order Rifle Drill up, and down.
  • MUST be willing to dedicate time into a leadership role.
  • MUST have participated in at least 10 Operations/Matches.

Sergeant

  • MUST have shown to at least 40 drills in their time with the 3rd ID.
  • MUST show a specific leadership ability that is needed specifically by the C-Staff.
  • MUST be qualified to lead a squad of soldiers in battle.
  • MUST of lead (or assisted in) the leadership of a drill, and a CORD session.
  • MUST be battlefield tested in matches/scrimmages.
  • MUST have at of competed in at least 15 operations/matches under
  • MUST be a soldier dedicated to improving himself, and the division.
  • MUST be considered capable of leading men in a match/scrimmage.

Staff Sergeant

  • MUST have shown to at least 60 drills.
  • MUST have lead at least 10 drills of that 60.
  • MUST have lead at least 2 matches/scrimmages.
  • MUST be capable of leading a platoon of men.
  • MUST be extremely active.
  • MUST set a good example to all of the enlisted men below him.
  • MUST have the ability to teach, and train the soldiers.
  • MUST be skilled on the weaponry in the game, so he can set an example to the men in combat

Technical Sergeant

  • MUST have shown to at least 60 drills.
  • MUST have lead at least 5 drills of that 60.
  • MUST have lead at least 1 matches/scrimmages.
  • MUST be capable of leading a platoon of men.
  • MUST be extremely active.
  • MUST set a good example to all of the enlisted men below him.
  • MUST have the ability to teach, and train the soldiers.
  • MUST be skilled on the weaponry in the game, so he can set an example to the men in combat
  • MUST be skilled in some technical job, be it the website, forums, team speak, etc.

First Sergeant

  • MUST have shown to at least 90 drills.
  • MUST have lead at least 25 drills of that 90.
  • MUST have lead at least 10 matches/scrimmages.
  • MUST be capable of keeping a company of men able to fight at any time, & control paperwork.
  • The First Sergeant must set an example to EVERY MAN IN THE DIVISION, he is a ‘TOP SOLDIER’ he will set the example, and LEAD by that example.
  • MUST be extremely active.
  • MUST have the ability to teach, and train the soldiers.
  • MUST be skilled on the weaponry in the game, so he can set an example to the men in combat.
  • MUST be an extremely skilled combat leader. The more victories under his belt, the better.

Officer Ranks

  • For a soldier to advance into the officer’s corps, he would have to be voted in, and accepted by the Command Staff. Officers will be accepted upon need, and MUST be capable of leading a Platoon, Company, etc. They must be skilled in leadership, must agree to do tedious paperwork, all for the betterment of the division.
