Everyone
Show to drills as often as possible. Do your very best not to have unexcused absences. Set an example for the men under your command. Be active. Report any problems with people, the server, the board, other units, and anything else through either the NCO club forum or the Command Staff forum. Know who's in the Stockade. Be a good boy.
Corporal
A Corporal sets an example for every Private and Private First Class in the division. He is to be everything the 3rd ID stands for. He is to lead small squads into battle. He should be one of the more active members of the division.
Sergeant
A Sergeant keeps the boys in line. He is hard when things need to get done, and good company when things are going smoothly. He polices the lower ranks, and reports problems up the chain of command through the NCO Club forum.
Staff Sergeant
A Staff Sergeant is his platoon's Adjutant and Platoon Sergeant. He makes sure things run smoothly in his platoon, and is the acting CO in his Platoon CO's absence. He keeps tabs on his Platoon and reports his findings through the NCO Club forum weekly. He keeps open lines of communication with his Platoon CO and the First Sergeant.
First Sergeant
Also currently the Adjutant, but more importantly, the 'TOP' soldier. He sets the ultimate example, for if the highest ranking NCO is not a good soldier, why should anyone else be' The First Sergeant is the man to go to if there is a problem. The First Sergeant keeps tabs on the entire division, and reports his findings though the NCO Club forum weekly. The First Sergeant DOES THE f*cking DRILL REPORTS and GOES TO DRILLS and YELLS AT HIMSELF IF HE DOESN'T. The First Sergeant should keep open lines of communication with everyone in the division, and should be the first person anyone goes to if they have a problem. The First Sergeant should respond to requests for information promptly.
Second Lieutenant
A Second Lieutenant is the commanding officer of his platoon, both in and out of battle. He is to have open lines of communication with his Platoon Sergeant and the First Sergeant, and also keeps tabs on his platoon, reporting his findings to his Platoon Sergeant or through the NCO Club forum.
Lieutenant
The Lieutenant is the company XO. He knows what's going on in the entire division, and will not hesitate to ask one of his underlings for information that he lacks. The Lieutenant is also acting CO in the absence of the Captain. The Lieutenant must be ready to lead the men into combat. The Lieutenant should keep open lines of communication with everyone, most importantly the 2Lts. Platoon Sergeants, First Sergeant, and Captain.
Captain
The Captain runs the division and does whatever he damn well pleases.
